As Director of Marketing, Shana is responsible for developing and executing TopDown’s marketing and communications strategy to support continued business growth and brand awareness. Shana brings over 15 years strategic and tactical marketing experience gained from working in the high tech industry. Prior to TopDown, she was at Embarcadero Technologies where she held senior management positions in program, product, and customer marketing. Shana spent her early career as the University Director of Financial Aid at the New School for Social Research in New York City. Shana is also a published author of fiction novels. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature with a minor in Creative Writing from the University of California, Santa Barbara.
