Qualifications

The ideal candidate has worked with enterprise performance management products for several years. Our consultants have a strong business background, with knowledge of Finance and/or IT. Project management experience or expertise with other analytic applications is a plus. We look for self-motivated individuals, with a desire to solve customer problems, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Compensation & Benefits

TopDown Consulting offers a competitive compensation package including a base salary and bonus. Company-paid benefits include Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance for employees, their dependants, and domestic partners. The company’s 401(k) plan offers retirement savings opportunities. Most positions are eligible for participation in the company stock option plan.
